This is not an art class.

  2. Draw simple flowing lines
    No planning or pressure — just gentle movement that helps your brain shift out of stress mode.

  3. Soften intersections and create flow
    This slow, mindful process supports emotional release and nervous system regulation.

  4. Add light color (optional)
    Integrate the experience and leave with a calming piece of personal artwork.
